Junior Manager - Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple manufacturing sites and third‑party logistics (3PL) facilities in Dubai. The role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient storage and dispatch, compliance with company policies, and effective team management to support business and customer service goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management, conduct regular counts and enforce 100% FIFO/FEFO stock movement.
• Invoice outbound shipments in Oracle, verify accuracy against physical shipments and monitor slow‑moving, damaged or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate logistics for sales orders, stock transfers and deliveries, and maintain strong internal controls for inbound and outbound transactions.
• Prepare claims and reports for product discrepancies, and arrange timely replenishment using the Inventory Management System.
• Support production and customer service teams, implement SOPs, and manage WMS, MHE and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal, HSE and risk‑assessment requirements, and train staff on safe operating procedures.
• Maintain data integrity by reviewing, correcting and purging inventory records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments, with exposure to multi‑site and 3PL management.
• Proven ability to work with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
