Junior Planner – Retail & Fashion (Dubai)

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing Dubai‑based enterprise operating across luxury fashion, couture accessories and lifestyle brands. They are looking for a Junior Planner to support seasonal buying, inventory management and sales forecasting within a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage seasonal buying files, track shipments and purchase orders, and keep inventory and delivery data up‑to‑date in the ERP system.
• Assist in Open‑To‑Buy (OTB) planning and sales forecasting by analysing brand and category sales history, stock levels and inventory needs.
• Monitor inventory performance, including stock levels, sell‑through rates and slow‑moving items, and recommend optimisation actions.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales, inventory, pricing and category performance to identify business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with OTB planning, inventory allocation, replenishment and sales forecasting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
