Junior Product Manager – Remittance

About the role

Astra Technologies is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of its remittance products and services. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, compliance and external partners to improve the domestic and international money‑transfer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback and analyse data to identify pain points and opportunities across the remittance journey.
• Support product managers in defining roadmap initiatives, documenting requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Own delivery of smaller initiatives, maintain the product backlog and coordinate UAT, release readiness and post‑launch monitoring.
• Build effective relationships with cross‑functional teams, facilitate alignment on priorities and help resolve delivery challenges.
• Prepare clear product documentation, release notes and present updates to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, payments, fintech or banking.
• Exposure to remittance, digital wallets or financial services and experience working in Agile product teams is preferred.
