About the role

HeronCode is seeking a highly ambitious recent graduate to join its Executive Search team in Dubai as a Junior Recruiter Intern. The role offers a structured, office‑based internship with comprehensive training across the full research stack, from market mapping to candidate qualification and behavioural assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen high‑calibre candidates for C‑suite and critical positions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior professionals and hiring managers.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and qualifications.
• Coordinate search workflows, manage candidate pipelines, and support client interview processes.
• Assist with feedback cycles and maintain accurate research documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Natural relationship‑builder with high emotional intelligence.
• Attention to detail and excellent time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Staged monthly compensation (AED 2,000 for months 1‑3, AED 3,000 for months 4‑6 if extended, AED 5,000 from month 7 onward upon full‑time offer).
