Junior Sales Representative – Animal Biosecurity & Food & Beverage (Middle East)

About the role

LANXESS is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to grow its Material Protection Products business across the Middle East, focusing on animal biosecurity, food safety and hygiene solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and identify opportunities in animal biosecurity, poultry, livestock, dairy, food processing and beverage markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, consultants and industry partners.
• Support the regional distributor network and create country‑specific growth plans.
• Act as the commercial contact for customers, providing technical selling, product qualification and pricing support.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory and marketing teams on product registrations and market‑access activities.
• Travel regularly across the Middle East to meet customers and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably with exposure to animal biosecurity, food processing or hygiene solutions.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the legal right to work in the UAE.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Understanding of disinfectants, hygiene solutions and speciality chemicals.
• Experience interacting with B2B customers such as poultry integrators, dairy producers, livestock operations or food processors.
