Junior & Senior Specialist Periodontist – Government Facility

About the role

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is hiring both Junior and Senior Specialist Periodontists to join its dental team. The role involves diagnosing, treating and managing periodontal diseases while providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage gingivitis, periodontitis and other periodontal conditions.
• Perform periodontal examinations, scaling, root planing and maintenance.
• Carry out periodontal surgical procedures such as flap surgery and regenerative techniques where trained.
• Manage gum recession, soft‑tissue defects and collaborate on implant‑related treatments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and maintain accurate clinical records.

Required profile

• Recognized dental degree (BDS, DDS, DMD or equivalent) and postgraduate specialty in Periodontics.
• Junior Specialist: entry‑level post‑qualification experience; Senior Specialist: substantial post‑specialization experience with advanced periodontal expertise.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
