Junior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our development team in Sharjah. You will work under the guidance of senior developers, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications that support our HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, coding, and maintaining software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Support unit testing and integration testing activities.
• Maintain and update existing applications as required.
• Learn and apply new technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, VB.Net, Python, JavaScript).
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and software architecture principles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
