Key Account Manager – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to expand its presence across hospitality and retail channels in the UAE. The role focuses on opening new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate and close new key accounts across hotels, resorts, modern trade, supermarkets, hypermarkets, furniture retailers, lifestyle stores and distributors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and pursue multi‑property rollouts.
• Manage long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, oversee contract renewals, product range expansion and seasonal scent rotations.
• Coordinate scent installation, service schedules and operational handover with internal teams for hospitality accounts.
• Secure product listings and shelf space, monitor stock availability, merchandising and POS placement for retail partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other Emirates, and share market intelligence with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key‑account, B2B, hospitality or FMCG sales.
• Strong network with hotel decision‑makers, procurement teams, category buyers, distributors and retail partners in the UAE.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and achieving sales targets.
• UAE‑based candidate with a valid UAE driving licence.
