Key Account Manager – Colours Market (Middle East)

About the role

Join Givaudan’s Taste & Wellbeing team in Dubai as a Key Account Manager focused on the growing Colours market across the Middle East and South Asia. You will work closely with customers’ R&D and marketing teams to deliver innovative colour solutions that meet brand strategies and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and develop a robust project pipeline using Givaudan’s resources.
• Partner with customers’ R&D and marketing teams to understand brand positioning and ensure Givaudan is included in briefs and core lists.
• Monitor colour trends, competitive activity and product development to provide insightful market data.
• Develop key accounts and prospects, manage submissions, and drive wins through production to launch.
• Deliver budgeted sales and contribute to the region’s commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Business Studies.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience, preferably in flavours, food, beverage, ingredients or related sectors.
• Strong passion for colours and a good network of customers and competitors.
• Excellent oral and written English, strong business and commercial knowledge.
• Presentation and project‑management skills, ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia (≈30%).
• Good command of IT tools.
