Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join its Commercial Vehicles team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on expanding the truck business, building relationships with fleet operators and logistics companies, and positioning the brand as a top choice for commercial customers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics firms, transportation businesses and contractors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while protecting profitability.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotation to order placement, delivery and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies and logistics operators.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations and the UAE truck market.
• Valid United Arab Emirates driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
