Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join its Commercial Vehicles team in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the truck business across the United Arab Emirates by building relationships with fleet operators, logistics firms, and other commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations, and support customer test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection.
• Protect profitability while delivering competitive commercial solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Support collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations, transport businesses, and the UAE truck market.
