Key Account Manager - Corporate & Fleet Sales

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of talent for future Key Account Manager roles across the UAE. The role suits a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building corporate relationships, finding new business and growing key accounts. You will manage corporate and fleet customers, drive sales growth and deliver a high standard of customer service. The position reports to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and fleet market
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and customer information
• Follow up on accounts and collect outstanding receivables on time

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, corporate sales or key account management
• Graduate-level qualification
• Experience in the automotive, vehicle leasing or mobility industry is highly desirable
• Proven ability to develop corporate accounts and hit sales targets
• Must have been an Al-Futtaim employee for at least 18 months to be considered

Required skills

• Strong corporate, fleet, B2B or key account sales experience
• Good understanding of the UAE fleet and vehicle leasing market
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Commercial mindset with good numerical and analytical skills
