Key Account Manager

About the role
The Key Account Manager will promote, market and sell Volvo construction equipment across Dubai and the North Emirates, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue and unit sales by managing the sales process and targeting new customers.
- Maintain on‑time delivery by coordinating customer requirements, lead‑times and product specifications.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts to generate repeat business and expand the client base.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and best practices to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably with distributors or dealers.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Sales process management focused on revenue and growth targets.
- Client relationship management and networking capabilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of power products and construction equipment industry standards.
