Key Account Manager

About the role

A commercially minded Key Account Manager is sought in Dubai to develop strategic client relationships, identify business opportunities and deliver long-term value to key customers. The role suits a relationship-driven professional who understands client needs, communicates confidently and turns partnerships into sustainable growth. The position is full-time, mid-level to senior, and on-site or hybrid depending on business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
• Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance and customer service teams to deliver on client commitments.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Monitor account performance, customer feedback and market developments.
• Resolve escalated client concerns and keep account information, opportunities and activities up to date in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, sales, client relations or business development.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach to account growth.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE: applicants should state their visa status and preferred work arrangement.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and account reporting tools is an advantage.
