About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Key Account Manager - Travel Retail to lead the management of duty-free customers across the GCC and the Subcontinent. Based in Dubai, the role involves regular travel to duty-free outlets throughout the region to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with duty-free customers to maximise order volumes and profitability.
  • Increase product visibility by securing floor and shelf space in duty-free stores.
  • Identify and pursue new product listings within duty-free outlets.
  • Implement promotional and marketing plans, including consumer activities, at the point of sale.
  • Manage payment collections and ensure timely invoicing.

Required profile

  • Graduate from a top-tier university.
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in the travel retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
