Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our resort’s recreation team in Fujairah. The role involves creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children attending the club and crèche while supporting the Assistant Recreation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Assistant Recreation Manager and Recreation Supervisor to maintain a safe environment for all children.
• Ensure parents complete accurate registration forms, including child health histories.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of toys and equipment, keeping them clean and in good condition.
• Report any needs for additional or replacement toys to the supervisor.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as directed.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Keep the club and crèche tidy and well‑maintained.
• Stay informed about club facilities, operating hours, promotions and pricing.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational training in early childhood education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar children‑care or kids‑club role.
• Passion for working with children and a caring, creative mindset.
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Patient, mature, and able to deliver excellent guest service under pressure.
• Team‑player who enjoys a multicultural environment.
