Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children at our luxury hotel in Dubai. Working closely with the Entertainment Manager, you will ensure high standards of care, safety, and enjoyment for our young guests and peace of mind for their parents.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager of Entertainment and Kids Club Supervisor to maintain a secure, clean, and age‑appropriate environment.
• Greet parents and children warmly, ensuring registration forms are accurately completed.
• Organise and track inventory of toys, games, and equipment, reporting maintenance or replacement needs.
• Inspect equipment and facilities daily to meet safety standards.
• Enforce club rules consistently while modelling positive behaviour.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules, adapting to diverse interests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the club and crèche areas.
• Communicate club facilities, operating hours, promotions and pricing to parents.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to children’s needs and behavioural challenges.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, childcare or a related field.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or resort setting.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain security clearance.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout shifts while supervising children.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory and registration management.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
