Kids Club Attendant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a friendly and energetic Attendant for its Kids Club. You will welcome children and families, ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, and support a variety of age‑appropriate activities in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet children and families, register participants, and complete required consent forms.
• Provide information to parents about programs, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and engage children in games, crafts, and educational activities.
• Support themed events, seasonal programs, and birthday celebrations.
• Handle payments for services and merchandise, maintain accurate transaction records, and reconcile cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child‑friendly environment while following safety and hygiene standards.
• Report incidents or concerns promptly to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; childcare or hospitality certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service (hospitality preferred).
• Basic cash handling experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
