Kids Club Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to lead our children’s recreational facility at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role combines operational oversight, program development and guest service to create a safe, fun and educational environment for young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Design, schedule and deliver age‑appropriate activities, games and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and child‑protection policies at all times.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, procure supplies and maintain equipment.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, emergency contacts and incident reports.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to parents and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with other resort departments to integrate family‑friendly promotions and experiences.
• Conduct regular staff training and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in childcare, education or recreation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
