Korean-Speaking Customer Service and Logistics Executive

About the role

The role serves as the primary point of contact for Korean‑speaking customers and internal teams, overseeing the full order‑to‑delivery process while supporting logistics, sales administration and business operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete order‑to‑delivery cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics partners and customers to execute smooth deliveries and communicate status updates.
• Monitor delivery performance, track shipments and support import/export documentation.
• Prepare, validate and maintain sales and shipping documentation such as invoices, product certificates and technical records.
• Assist with monthly sales closing, tax invoice processing and accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Provide administrative support to Korea business operations, acting as liaison with finance and shared service centres.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing materials, samples, office supplies and support travel and event arrangements for Korean partners.
• Handle incoming business inquiries via phone and email with professional responsiveness.

Required profile

• South Korean national currently based in the UAE or highly proficient in Korean (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service, order management, logistics/supply chain coordination and sales administration.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
