Land Surveyor (Storm Water Drainage)

About the role

Stantec is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support a storm water drainage infrastructure project in Dubai. The role involves detailed field surveying, data collection and verification of existing water‑related networks across the emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise land surveys for storm water drainage systems using Total Station and associated software.
• Inspect and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate as‑built records of existing infrastructure throughout Dubai.
• Coordinate survey data with the engineering team and update AutoCAD drawings.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in surveying, civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure survey works using modern instruments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s existing water‑infrastructure networks.
• Proven experience in inspection and supervision of field activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Station equipment and related software.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to perform detailed survey and infrastructure work.
