Landscape Architect cum Draftsman

About the role

A company is looking for a Landscape Architect cum Draftsman to handle architectural design, technical drafting, 3D visualization, authority approvals and team coordination. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and preferably experience in the swimming pool and landscape industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and technical details.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models/renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar software.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and material submission documents.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, sales engineers and consultants.
• Submit drawings to Dubai authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, JGE and DDA, and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain project records, drawings, quotations, variations and approval documentation.
• Lead and coordinate draftsmen and architects locally and abroad, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural design and drafting experience.
• Experience with Dubai authority approvals preferred.
• Swimming pool and landscape industry experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a drafting team preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion.
• MS Office.
