About the role
The Landscaping Supervisor will oversee all gardening duties at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring high standards of care for the property’s environment and supporting the hotel’s hospitality goals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all gardening duties within the hotel’s scope, ensuring timely completion.
- Set and manage the gardening work schedule.
- Ensure safe and professional use, maintenance, and storage of hotel-provided tools.
- Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain clean and tidy gardening work areas.
- Report potential hazards promptly.
- Lead energy and environmental programs and promote environmentally friendly products.
