Lead Analyst – OT Cybersecurity Sector Domain

About the role

The Lead Analyst for the OT Cybersecurity sector acts as the liaison between the OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and sector stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of security activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sector‑specific knowledge for incident response, threat hunting and related activities.
• Coordinate mutual efforts and investigations between the OT SOC and the sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and security teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global and sector‑related cybersecurity risks, regulations and standards.
• Support customers and teams with cybersecurity questions, questionnaires and assessments.
• Represent the OT SOC as a thought leader in customer and sector discussions.
• Assess adherence to cybersecurity policies and industry best practices, contributing to risk reduction.
• Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• ISC2 CISSP and/or GIAC certification(s) relevant to the sector.
• Strong people and process management skills with proven program‑management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and lead a team effectively.
