Lead Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to join our practice and act as a trusted advisor across the full engagement lifecycle. The role combines pre‑sales support, solution design, project execution and delivery governance for clients in the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams during pre‑sales engagements, including requirements discovery, solution design, effort estimation and proposal input.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity engagements, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and meet quality standards.
• Oversee services across Governance, Risk & Compliance, incident management, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security engineering/architecture.
• Act as primary client contact, manage expectations, communicate progress and mitigate delivery risks.
• Contribute to the development and standardisation of the cybersecurity solutions portfolio and evaluate new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience delivering cybersecurity services or managed security engagements in the MEA region.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple security domains and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

• Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL v4, cloud security certifications)
