Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Grovy Developers is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to shape and maintain the visual identity of its real‑estate brand across digital and print channels. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role will drive design projects from concept through delivery, supporting marketing campaigns, property launches and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee visual identity and ensure consistent, high‑quality branding across all media.
• Lead design projects such as marketing campaigns, property launch materials, presentations and social‑media assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and senior leadership to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, maintain design standards and templates.
• Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors and monitor design trends in real‑estate.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, real‑estate or property‑related design work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring designers.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
