Lead-Level Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead‑Level Product Designer to shape the experience of our banking mobile app. The role blends strong UX and UI craft with the discipline to work within an established design system and translate complex financial data into clear, trustworthy interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity UI for native iOS and Android banking app features.
• Balance UX rigor (research, user flows, usability testing) with UI visual design, interaction and micro‑states.
• Contribute to and extend the existing design system, proposing new components and patterns.
• Create scannable interfaces for data‑dense screens such as transaction histories, statements, and multi‑account dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Compliance/Legal to translate business and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare clear developer handoff specs and support implementation through release.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of experience in Product, UX or UI design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, including auto‑layout, components, variables and prototyping.
• Extensive experience working within a mature design system.
• Demonstrated ability to design for complex, data‑dense interfaces.
• Previous banking or fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of native platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum, cross‑functional environments.
