Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Join VINCI Energies Oil & Gas as a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support a major maintenance and engineering project in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for optimizing maintenance strategies and ensuring reliable operation of production installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead criticality studies, optimisation studies for non‑RCM equipment and develop lubrication schedules.
• Prepare and issue global maintenance plans, including running, lubrication, on‑condition monitoring, and spare‑parts strategies.
• Produce technical deliverables such as condition‑based maintenance manuals, maintenance dossiers and first‑level activity documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance of production installations.
• Fluent English and strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience working in multinational environments.
