Lead Nurturing Agent – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Lead Nurturing Agent to join our Marketing team in the UAE. The role is essential for converting enquiries into enrolled students by providing a warm, professional admissions experience from the first contact through to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to initial enquiries within 24 hours and update lead status in the CRM.
• Call parents, introduce the programme, and schedule nursery tours using CRM tools.
• Coordinate tours, send post‑tour follow‑up emails, and manage no‑shows, cancellations or reschedules.
• Handle walk‑in, event and community leads, ensuring timely CRM entry and follow‑up.
• Support applicants through the online application process and confirm enrolment.
• Maintain accurate lead stages, clean outdated records, and tag leads with predefined status labels.
• Use WhatsApp (Trengo) quick replies and templates, responding within 24 hours and logging all interactions.
