Lead Product Services Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories

About the role

The Lead Product Services Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories Systems provides direct technical support to GE Vernova Gas Power customers worldwide, focusing on a broad range of turbine accessory components.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical resolution of issues involving inlet, exhaust, fuel, oil, water injection, cooling water, enclosures, piping, flex hoses, valves, actuators, purge air systems, and instrumentations at power plants.
• Identify trending issues, develop counter‑measures, and communicate alerts (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo) to protect the customer fleet.
• Drive complex root‑cause analyses, produce corrective actions, and convey findings internally and to end customers.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, quality, and field services to deliver timely technical solutions.
• Represent GE Vernova at user conferences, customer meetings, and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of commissioning, maintenance, or engineering experience with GE Vernova gas turbines and mechanical accessories.
• Strong oral and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10‑15% regionally and internationally.
• Self‑starter, resourceful problem‑solver comfortable working under pressure.
