Lead Product Services Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories Systems

About the role

The Lead Product Services Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories Systems provides direct technical support to global GE Vernova Gas Power customers, focusing on the performance and reliability of gas turbine accessory systems. The role is based in Dubai and involves rapid issue resolution, root‑cause analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to protect the customer fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical resolution of issues related to gas turbine accessories such as inlet, exhaust, fuel, oil, water injection, cooling water, enclosures, piping, valves, actuators, purge air systems and instrumentation.
• Identify trending issues, develop countermeasures, and communicate alerts (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo) to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive complex root‑cause analyses and corrective actions, coordinating with field teams, GE Vernova leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, quality and field services to deliver timely technical solutions.
• Represent the organization at user conferences, customer clarification meetings and other industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of commissioning, maintenance, engineering or related experience with GE Vernova gas turbines and mechanical accessories/auxiliaries.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; ability to travel 10‑15 % regionally and internationally.
• Proven experience with GE Vernova F/HA gas turbines and heavy‑duty turbine operational philosophy.
