Leadership Development Manager (UAE National)

About the role

A client, described as the first integrated academic health system, is recruiting a Leadership Development Manager in Dubai. The manager designs and implements leadership development programmes that support the growth of leaders at all levels, working closely with the Institute of Learning (IOL) and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a leadership development strategy aligned with the organisation's mission, vision and long-term goals, partnering with senior leadership and HR to build the talent pipeline.
• Build strategic alliances with internal stakeholders and external partners, and integrate leadership programmes into the wider talent management and policy framework.
• Design, deliver and oversee leadership programmes for emerging leaders through to senior executives, including training needs assessments, workshops, seminars, e-learning and blended learning.
• Manage mentorship and coaching programmes.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness with data, feedback and benchmarks, and continuously improve initiatives.
• Teach, assess and supervise projects in leadership development academic programmes at IOL, and take part in research and publications.

Required profile

• Minimum: a master's degree in leadership, healthcare leadership, adult education, curriculum design or equivalent.
• Certification in project management or equivalent, and mentoring/coaching qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in education or healthcare; 3+ years leading teams in higher education and/or healthcare.
• Experience in both academic and learning and development functions preferred.
• UAE nationals only.
