Learning and Development Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

As a Learning and Development Coordinator at a leading global hotel brand, you will design and deliver training programmes that enhance guest experiences and support staff growth. You will work closely with line managers, department heads and the Training Manager to identify learning needs and ensure compliance with legal and vocational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the in‑house training plan by coordinating and delivering engaging, high‑quality programmes aligned with hotel priorities.
• Partner with managers and HR to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives and review progress on a monthly basis.
• Administer legal, compliance and vocational qualification courses to ensure employees meet required standards.
• Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs and maintain consistent delivery.
• Support and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive training environment.
