Learning Strategist – Enterprise Learning Operations (Onsite, UAE)

About the role

Infopro Learning is looking for a Learning Strategist to drive the design and development of enterprise‑wide learning solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work on‑site with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into learner‑centered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, conduct needs analyses and define clear learning objectives.
• Design high‑quality solutions across instructor‑led, virtual, digital and on‑the‑job modalities.
• Maintain consistency of the enterprise learning brand, tone and structure across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to extract relevant knowledge and create learner‑friendly content.
• Define assessment strategies that validate learning outcomes and support progressive capability building.

Required profile

• Strong instructional design background with experience in large‑scale corporate learning environments.
• Excellent analytical and discovery skills, able to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to balance SME input with sound design judgment and ensure quality standards.
