About the role

The Learning Support Assistant – Inclusion works closely with teachers and students at Star International School Mirdif to ensure that every learner receives the help they need to succeed. This role is central to the ISP commitment to inclusive education, wellbeing, and safeguarding, and it supports the school’s mission of putting children first.

Key responsibilities

Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups.
Help manage classroom behavior and routines.
Prepare instructional materials and resources.
Identify and report potential safeguarding or health & safety concerns.
Promote a respectful, inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing.

Required profile

Relevant experience in an educational setting.
Degree or certification in education or a related field.

Required skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Patience and ability to work with diverse students.
