CRM Enablement Manager (HubSpot Training)

About the role

Cognita, a global family of 86 schools across 21 countries, is rolling out HubSpot across its clusters and needs a CRM Enablement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own how schools and clusters learn to use HubSpot, from onboarding through to proficiency, building learning pathways, a searchable resource library and a certification framework, and scaling it through a train-the-trainer model.

Key responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot training and enablement strategy across the full user lifecycle
• Design and maintain a centralised, searchable repository of training and support materials
• Define learning pathways for Sales, Parent Experience, School Leadership, Regional and Cluster Leads
• Own an internal certification framework for Sales and Parent Experience users, linked to proficiency
• Work with the CRM Optimisation Manager to link certification to HubSpot permission levels
• Curate external resources such as HubSpot Academy and run train-the-trainer programmes for Regional and School Leads
• Keep materials up to date with product and process changes, and feed training gaps back as change needs
• Deliver business-as-usual training, including refreshers, onboarding and new-feature training

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering training across multiple sites, regions or time zones
• Experience building learning pathways or certification frameworks and running a train-the-trainer model
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
• Desirable: experience in K-12, independent or international education, or another multi-site sector

Required skills

• Strong instructional design skills, able to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Confidence designing and facilitating in-person and virtual training
• Desirable: experience with a self-service knowledge base or LMS, familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and L&D or instructional design certification
