Lease Coordinator – Car Rental Operations

About the role

Quick Lease Car Rentals is looking for an experienced Lease Coordinator to join its Operations Department in Dubai. The role supports the full lease lifecycle, ensuring smooth processing of customer requests, workshop coordination and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily lease operations and process customer requests efficiently.
• Manage communication with customers, workshops and insurance providers.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules and workshop activities.
• Maintain accurate lease records and operational reports using the rental ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with RTA procedures and internal company policies.
• Provide consistent customer support throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in car rental, leasing, after‑sales or fleet coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA procedures and vehicle documentation.
• Proficiency with rental ERP software and operational reporting.
• Experience handling insurance claims and coordinating workshop activities.
