Leasing Team Lead

About the role

Keyper, a fast‑growing PropTech and FinTech startup in the UAE, is looking for a Leasing Team Lead to drive its leasing function, enhance occupancy and revenue, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategy aligned with business objectives, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing leasing team, establishing clear performance metrics and career development plans.
• Oversee the full leasing cycle from property onboarding and pricing to tenant acquisition, renewals and adoption of digital rent payment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and key ecosystem partners, collaborating with marketing, operations and product teams.
• Analyze market trends and leasing metrics to optimise pricing, occupancy rates and strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with RERA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leasing or real‑estate operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance and business growth.
• Strong people‑management, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy with ability to champion digital solutions.
• Exposure to PropTech or FinTech platforms is preferred.
