Legal Analyst (UAE National) - Insurance Sector

About the role

A leading multinational organisation in the insurance sector is hiring a Legal Analyst (UAE National) for its Dubai-based team through Intelligent Solutions. The role suits Emirati legal professionals and fresh graduates who want to start or accelerate their legal careers in a global corporate environment. It covers commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and legal advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and analyse commercial agreements, contracts and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and summarise regulatory and legislative developments.
• Support the legal team on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
• Assist with contract negotiations and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain legal records, documentation and contract management systems.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and support ongoing legal projects.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and update the business.
• Help prepare legal reports, presentations, policies and internal communications.
• Support the implementation of legal and compliance best practices.

Required profile

• Emirati with Family Book (Emiratisation role) - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Law - mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 2 years of legal experience in a corporate, law firm or regulatory environment.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of corporate legal principles.

Required skills

• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing complex documents.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay professional and proactive.
