Legal Associate – Commercial & Contracts (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based law firm looking for a highly skilled Legal Associate to strengthen our Corporate, Commercial & Contracts practice. The successful candidate will work independently on a variety of commercial matters, providing expert advice and drafting services in English.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and transactional documents in English.
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial arrangements, including licensing and due diligence.
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions and maintain standard contract templates.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and case precedents.
• Manage assignments to meet client and firm timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a common‑law university with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience handling corporate and commercial matters, preferably with UAE exposure.
• Excellent English legal drafting, structuring and contract negotiation abilities.
• Exposure to banking & finance, IT or real estate sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to provide professional references upon request.
