Legal Consultant (Flexible Services)

About the role

LOD (Lawyers On Demand) is seeking experienced legal consultants to join its flexible‑services hub. You will work on high‑calibre assignments for leading global corporations, providing commercial‑focused legal solutions across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice and support on secondment assignments within client organisations.
• Handle matters in Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate & Construction, and TMT.
• Manage client relationships and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
• Provide commercial solutions and practical, hands‑on legal work.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience, preferably from top‑tier international law firms.
• Specialisation in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Common or civil law qualified.
• Resident in the UAE (any valid visa) and able to start assignments on short notice.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
