Legal Intern - LVMH Beauty Middle East

About the role

LVMH Beauty Middle East manages nine brands, including Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics and Maison Francis Kurkdjian, while LVMH P&C Middle East covers 47 countries across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and India. The Legal Intern supports the regional Legal team in providing legal and compliance support to the LVMH Beauty Maisons across the Middle East and Africa, working under the supervision of experienced legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial contracts: assist with drafting and reviewing confidentiality, services and supplier agreements using approved templates, under legal supervision
• Legal research: research legal and regulatory developments across the region and prepare concise summaries for the Legal team
• Corporate governance: support the preparation of corporate documents, resolutions, powers of attorney and entity records
• Compliance and data privacy: review policies, maintain compliance documentation and prepare internal guidance and training materials
• Disputes: help organize supporting documents, maintain matter trackers and prepare factual summaries of claims and disputes
• Legal operations: maintain contract databases, filing systems and deadline trackers, and coordinate document signatures and follow-up with internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a degree in law
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or French is an advantage
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Sound judgment, discretion and respect for confidential information
• Collaborative, proactive approach and interest in the luxury and beauty sectors

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous legal internship experience is an advantage but not essential
