Lifeguard – Full‑time

About the role

Rixos Hotels is looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure safe daily operations in the swimming pool areas. The role involves monitoring guests, responding to emergencies, and maintaining pool standards in line with health, safety and fire prevention policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure compliance with health, safety and fire prevention policies.
• Report any serious incidents immediately to the Lifeguard Supervisor or Security Supervisor.
• Maintain pool water quality, temperature and chemical control, reporting variations to the Recreation Supervisor/Manager and Engineering Department.
• Follow lost‑and‑found procedures and handle valuables according to protocol.
• Attend scheduled training classes and cooperate with other departments for customer‑oriented operations.

Required profile

• Valid and approved Lifeguard Certification.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Strong swimming ability with excellent endurance and speed.
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred, especially in hotel, beach, pool or waterpark settings.
