About the role
Join our team to ensure safe and enjoyable swimming experiences for guests at our hotel pool facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and providing prompt assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to enforce health, safety and fire prevention policies.
- Report serious incidents immediately to the Lifeguard Supervisor or Security Supervisor.
- Maintain pool water quality, temperature and chemical balance, reporting any issues to the Recreation Supervisor or Engineering Department.
- Follow lost‑and‑found procedures and handle valuables according to protocol.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver customer‑oriented service.
Required profile
- Valid and approved Lifeguard certification.
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
- Strong swimming ability with excellent endurance and speed.
- High level of alertness, vigilance and responsibility.
