About the role
Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor for lifestyle restaurants, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth floor operations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency on the restaurant floor.
- Lead, train and manage the floor team to maintain service standards.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including staffing and scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to manage and train a team effectively.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma; hospitality management qualification is a plus.
