Lighting Sales Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lighting Sales Support Specialist to assist our Middle East lighting sales operations, ensuring smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support lighting sales for Middle East projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
• Handle inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
• Communicate with customers to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve them promptly.
• Perform other activities related to lighting sales or sales support.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or a related discipline is a plus.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
• Positive and pleasant attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Experience in logistics and procurement is an advantage.
