About the role
Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is looking for a Lobby Ambassador, open only to UAE Nationals. The role supports the efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division, in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests and deliver exceptional customer service
- Foster a safe, welcoming and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel operations
- UAE National only
Required skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Administrative skills
- Interpersonal skills to support efficient Front Office operations and a high standard of guest service
