Lobby Host/Hostess – Guest Services at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Lobby Host/Hostess to welcome guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The role involves greeting arrivals, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring a memorable first impression in line with our luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a traditional manner as per operating procedures.
• Assist guests with resort activity enquiries and requests.
• Maintain established levels of guest service within the reception area.
• Elicit guest feedback and initiate actions to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate transportation, including buggy, seaplane, and airport transfers, in collaboration with Boat Captains and Bell staff.
• Handle difficult situations following resort policies and procedures.
• Communicate guest complaints and compliments promptly to the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.
• Ensure safety and security of guests’ belongings.
• Participate in upselling spa, food and beverage outlets, and excursions.
• Attend behavioral and vocational training to develop multi‑functionality.
