About the role
Phoenician Technical Services is looking for a motivated Logistics Admin Coordinator to support daily logistics operations in Dubai. The role involves maintaining accurate attendance records, coordinating with suppliers and project teams, and preparing operational reports.
Key responsibilities
- Record and verify daily staff attendance, resolve discrepancies and finalize records.
- Receive, verify and maintain monthly timesheets for rental manpower, machinery and equipment.
- Cross‑check supplier timesheets against site attendance and operational data.
- Coordinate with logistics, transport, manpower and equipment rental suppliers, and process LPO requests.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and monitor fuel consumption.
- Follow up on pending documentation, approvals, invoices and payments.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in logistics administration or coordination (minimum 2 years).
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Immediate availability for joining.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
