Logistics Executive – Sinyar Graduate Programme

About the role

Al-Futtaim Retail is recruiting a Logistics Executive through its Sinyar Graduate Programme, which combines a defined business role with a structured development journey. The role gives hands-on exposure to product registration, regulatory compliance and logistics operations, supporting Beauty, Toys, Books and Food categories across the MENA region. It is open to fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8, and to candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who meet the same GPA requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Support product registration in the UAE through the relevant regulatory systems and follow up on registrations to avoid shipment delays.
• Collect, submit and track the product documentation needed for regulatory approval, including Certificates of Analysis.
• Work with Merchandising teams to identify ordered product lines and their registration needs, then share documentation with regional teams so shipments can be processed.
• Maintain accurate trackers for registration, documentation and translation activities, and support Arabic product information and proofreading.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams so Arabic labels and stickers are ready for shipments, and give regular updates on outstanding requirements.
• Resolve registration queries with internal teams, warehouses and regulatory authorities, and support communication with government and regulatory bodies when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above; fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage for product information and translation.

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
